This claim is just to have you think “okay check that off the list” while purchasing from these large development companies. What these large companies give you is a 1/10th of what SEO is all about. SEO Tip 1: Speed is Crucial
A lot of these “Do It Yourself” companies claim to have the fastest servers. Some of them do have pretty fast servers but one important part of SEO is your server. A term called “Native Server” has been long and forgotten. With all these cloud computers and content display networks, we have internet 2.0. Well, the old internet isn’t forgotten. Most websites are still on something called a native server. This type of server is your own and not shared or redirected to from a cloud network. This means in the very back that people don’t see, your data is coming from one point with no redirected traffic and a much shorter url. This is important because this shows the search engines that you are original! Orginal is good. Cloud, shared, and content display network hosted servers are not so good. They take whole other extra route which means the connection takes longer to load. Search engines want the fastest load time because they want quicker results to beat other search engines. So in their algorithms, you get credit and better ranking for this native server that most people are accidentally steering away from. So look into building or moving your website to a native host instead of a host that has everyone and their grandmother hosting from. Yes, grandmothers have their own websites to these days! I know a few!
SEO tip 2: Website URL Structure is Imperative
SEO structure is the most common overlooked segment of SEO. Let’s start with these “Do it Yourself” websites again that seem to be taking over and breaking the web simultaneously. The structure is extremely important because search engines can read your website and index it much better and quicker with good structure. Do it Yourself websites tend to not care about structure because they are focusing on flashy sites that are cheap. Most of these large companies that give you the tools to make your own site don’t tell you the links are redirected with a series of numbers and letters. Why is this a problem? Search engines need the links to be descriptive and on point, so it can understand what the link is!
When the search engines just see 89069530543k545.jpeg in the file name, they will rank that poorly. Now with a native website you can control the links to read something like 13inch-red-lamp-by-ikea.jpeg, which is much easier for a search engine to understand. SEO tip 3: SEO Website Layout is Top Left to Bottom Right
SEO targeting search engines read websites almost like a book but not exactly. With your imagination make the website into 4 quadrants. Now the top left section of the website is scooped up by the search engines the most. This is the area 90% of the activity is performed. The top right gets a little less credit of around 50% of activity. The bottom left lower than 50% and the bottom right almost nothing. So for best results, put your main idea of your website in context and images at the top left for search engines to partake on.
SEO tip 4: SEO Website Keyword targeting
SEO keywording is important because of the rate search engines read your website to index it for search results. This “crawling” rate is anywhere from extremely slow to “hello?”. Yes, sometimes they don’t even crawl depending on the signals from your site which we will mention later. Keywording is the set of words that describe your products exactly. Hold on don’t go writing the same set of words over and over because that my friend is called keyword stuffing. Search engines hate that! So this is how keyword targeting works. You simply grab the phrase or single word you are going after and try to put it towards the beginning of the title, description, meta tags, and articles. Yes, there is a lot of places you can put these keywords without stuffing! You can even put them in an Alt-tag on images so the search engine can read the image instead of seeing it! This helps search engines identify what a picture is since they are robots after all, not humans.
SEO tip 5: Image optimization
SEO images optimization makes your site run better. Why are people using 72 DPI! This is 2018 so set the DPI to 550. I personally tested different resolution on all different devices and 550 at 8bit is the winner. “But wait, there’s more”. Optimization is done after the file is created and ready for export. In the export settings in most programs, you can change the quality back down. Do this so that the image is not graining but the file isn’t Jurassic. There is a tick for some social media platforms that turn your files all grainy. Simply save it in PNG24 format! Or Tiff. This renders better for some reason on common social platforms. Also be sure to name your image file with the keyword targeting method.
SEO tip 6: Boost Crawling Rate
SEO is all about getting to that first page of the search engines fast! How do you do it faster? You have to attract crawlers. To do so you have to have a sitemap that updates whenever you add or edit your website. There is a little date and time stamp on this sitemap file which tells the crawlers something has been changed! The search engines then come back looking for the new content. You can also attract more search engine activity by posting to social media with an outbound link to an article with more information about the topic you are writing.
SEO tip 7: Websites, Social Media, and your online presence combined with.
SEO and social media go hand in hand. Social media networks love structured data, keyword phrases, site speed, optimized images, and a lot more. To boost your site you must get social! No one is going to randomly type in your exact url and happen to land on your page. They have to find it. And the second best way to get users to find your site is to post, post, and post some more.
SEO tip 8: SEO and Paid Advertisements.
A lot of people have argued with me in the past about this.. But yes there is a lot of SEO to be done with advertisements. My company is known for high conversion rates and low bidding costs. You know how? Optimized ads! You can fine-tune your ads by lining up the keywords or phrases the correct way and not overstuffing keywords. Write your ads to cause an action instead of simply stating a claim. Let’s use pizza for example.

The second ad will receive more clicks because there isn’t any claim but there is an action. The SEO part of the ad is using the keyword pizza in every line at the begging, without overstuffing. The URL is also an SEO url using a code called %postname% which coverts the url to a direct name of the web page.
SEO tip 10: The use of Tables to structure data.
SEO requires data that looks good and loads correctly. Tables are still used commonly and now are preferred along with bullet points by a lot of search engines. Tables help line up data for search engine crawlers and users for a better reading experience.

Post 3 times a day or if you want to get crazy spam filters cut off every 15 minutes. So every 16 minutes you can post new content. Make sure all your content is your own original writing. Optimize your images and videos. Add your meta tags. Use pay per click the correct way. Optimize your social media profiles every few weeks. Repeat and repeat!
